I love that this summer has been super mild, because in contrast to last summer's oppressive heat, this summer we've barely turned the A/C on! This past weekend was on the hot end of the spectrum, but we escaped it a little by heading up to the city for Joe's birthday. And Aunt Jenny came down to visit with the little guy too! Thanks for making the drive Jen ;)
This is my new favorite picture of him. Really shows why he's called 'she' every once in a while- Nate, you're kinda pretty!
On Friday, playgroup didn't end up happening so Nate and I took it upon ourselves to venture out. We helped our new friend named Bob cross the street, we owned the library (see Nate owning it below) and we went to the park.
Here is Nate noticing the very striking constellation ceiling at the San Carlos library. "Look at that handiwork!"
"Oops. It distracted me and I lost my balance, totally not my fault."
