B-Ball

Lately, Nate has a new obsession. It's not Elmo, it's not trains, and it's not water (though he definitely loves each of those things). No, his obsession is Basketball, with a capital B. I don't know where he got it since I certainly don't watch sports and Dan doesn't watch more than some Sunday night football.

We live down the road from the elementary school, and a few times we've taken him up there on a Saturday. Through a gate in the back, they have bins of basketballs, a mini hoop and some good old concrete. And, for a short time, he is MJ. But now we can't leave our house without Nate looking longingly up at the school grounds shouting 'Buh ball! buh ball!'


















Dan started getting ESPN magazine spontaneously (seriously, if you signed him up for either ESPN or US Weekly, can you let us know?), and Nate loves it.
