I fly out to DC tomorrow, which means Daddy and baby are going to get some excellent bonding time. I am going to miss them both terribly, but 30th birthdays don't come around everyday... OK, I'm not that young anymore, but Claire is! I get to celebrate with her, and I don't think I've celebrated her birthday with her since she turned 21. I guess I show up for the big ones.
I fly Virgin America, I hear it's quite the club atmosphere. They have mojitos, martinis and margaritas, and the plane is lit with black lights apparently. I'll be trying to sleep the whole flight while everyone parties around me.
